Chatanya Tiwari is certified physical fitness coach who specialises in home and online workouts. He began his fitness journey through his own transformation and experienced an amazing change it brought to his life. After transforming hundreds of people offline and online, he’s bringing his vast experience and expertise to this 21 day fitness challenge.

Q1 How will I continue my journey after 21 days ?
This is not a one off challenge, it's a journey. After one challenge ends the other one starts.
Q2. Can Beginners Join This Challenge?
Yes. This challenge is for both beginners and intermediates. All the workouts are designed carefully keeping in mind beginner level. So even if you are new to workouts you will be able to complete the challenge easily.
Q3. What If I Am Not Free Between 6:00 - 7:00 P.M. ?
No problem. All the live workout videos gets saved on IGTV, you can workout anytime of your convenience.
Q4. Can I ask you questions during the live session ?
Yes you sure can. You can clear all your doubts on live and even if you are doing workouts on saved video, you can still dm and ask any query. It will be answered there and then.
Q5. Can I do this challenge during pregnancy?
Working out is very beneficial for pregnant women. Workout should be planned according to your trimester and fitness level. Since it's a group challenge that will not be possible so it's better for pregnant women to go for personal training rather than the group challenge.
Q6. Can I do this challenge from outside India ?
Yes, you can. There is no time restraint as all videos are saved on IGTV. Workout according to your time zone and feel free to ask anything via dm.
Q7. What if i have back pain, shoulder pain or any kind of joint pain ? Can I do this challenge ?
Yes, if the pain is due to sedentary lifestyle you should do this challenge infact it will help you get rid of all these pains and you will start feeling better. If the pain is due to some mishap and is chronic then you need to consult your physician before joining the challenge.
Q8. What kind of diet plans I ll be getting ?
The diets will be simple and homemade which you can prepare easily in your kitchen .
Q9. Do I have to follow the diet along with the workout ?
For the best results, healthy diet should be followed as it’s always 70% of diet and 30% of exercise.
Q11. I can’t starve myself , how I ll follow the diet ?
It’s a healthy balanced diets , no starvation or skipping the meals .
Q12. Do I have to take any supplements along ?
This depends on your condition and deficiencies.
If deficient then it’s recommended else not .
Q13. I have medical conditions , so will the diet be according to that ?
No as it’s a group challenge so the diet ll be general so if you have any medical conditions then you have to take personal customised diets from us .
